How common it is for men in their 40s and 50s to say their sleep is broken by bathroom trips, the evening habits they mention most, and why it is a fair thing to bring up with a doctor.

Own It is a 5-minute read for men past 40. Each edition covers what changed and what matters: drive that isn't what it was, sleep broken by trips to the bathroom, strength at work and at the gym, and the wish to feel wanted and sure of yourself with her when the lights go down. Every edition carries one pelvic-floor exercise, the position it is done in, and a note for the two of you.

4 items, 5 minutes. General reading about men's health, not medical advice.

How common it is for men in their 40s and 50s to say their sleep is broken by bathroom trips, the evening habits they mention most, and why it is a fair thing to bring up with a doctor.
Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat and hip-width apart. Breathe in. On the out-breath, draw up the pelvic floor, the muscles you use to hold back a trip to the bathroom, and lift your hips until knees, hips and shoulders form one line. Hold for 3 counts, lower for 3. Ten rounds.
A position for intimacy chosen for comfort and closeness: both of you on your sides, face to face, a pillow under each head. Little load on knees, back or wrists, close enough to talk, and the tempo is set by both of you, slowly. The note covers how to set it up and the small adjustments couples describe.
Sit tall on a firm chair, one hand on your belly. Breathe in through the nose so the hand rises. Breathe out slowly and lift the pelvic floor at the end of the breath. Six breaths.
Four steps, always in the same order, so an edition takes 5 minutes and nothing has to be planned.
One or two general items on men's health after 40: drive, sleep, strength, desire and the bedroom. Plain words, nothing medical.
One Kegel or pelvic-floor exercise and the position it is done in: lying down, seated, standing, bridge or deep squat. Hip mobility or core work on alternate days.
A position for intimacy explained by comfort, closeness and tempo, or a short note on talking about desire with her.
One tap. The log shows which positions you did this week and which one comes up tomorrow.

Each day's floor work uses one or two base positions. The note for two runs three days a week.
Thursday is shaded: lying down, the bridge and a note for two.
On your back, knees bent, feet flat. The starting position for quick squeezes and slow 5-count holds.

1–2 min, any chairFeet hip-width, knees soft, weight even. Done while the kettle boils or in a line.
1 min, anywhereFrom lying down, hips lifted, the squeeze held at the top, lowered on a slow count.
2 min, on a matHeels down as far as is comfortable, hands together in front, slow breathing. Hip mobility work sits here.

From the app's records and an optional in-app question. Self-reported by readers, not a study.
Percentages are shares of readers who answered the in-app question, as they described their own reading.
Every term includes the daily edition, the floor-work library with all base positions, the notes for two and the log. The big number is the cost per day.
Own It charges the amount under the term you choose, once, today: $8.49 for Monthly, $55.99 for Yearly or $83.99 for Two years. These are intro prices, about 30% below the regular rate. At the end of that first term the plan renews automatically at the regular rate of $11.99 a month, $79.99 a year or $119.99 every 2 years, until it is cancelled. Cancel in your account settings or in the store you subscribed through, at least 24 hours before the renewal date; access stays on until the paid term ends. Within 45 days of the first charge, one email is enough and Own It returns the whole amount. Billing questions and cancellations are also handled by contacting us — [email protected]
No. Own It is general reading about men's health after 40, plus a daily routine of pelvic-floor exercises and the positions they are done in. Anything about your own health is a conversation for your doctor.
At 6:00 in your time zone, every day. A missed edition stays in the app, so it can be read later.
Yes. One account works on iPhone, Android and the web, and the log stays in step across all three.
